and the awards go to...
National Culinary Fare Competition 2009
Our Barista's Emma Dentice and Cheten Singh gained BRONZE for their skills and designs involving coffee making.
Two Waterfront Managers, Anita Jackson and Jessica Gillespie took up the challenge to match hand crafted beer to food and both
gained BRONZE, demonstrating their knowledge on matching types of beer to food available.
Our Chefs experimented with desserts, chicken dishes and Pacific food, with Tapash Ghosh gaining SILVER for his culinary skills.
Bar Manager Jonathan Scnaderbeck won the innovative cocktail category, claiming GOLD with his healthy but alcoholic cocktail, spirilina based - "Green vitality".
One of our bar staff, Dennis Tauri also took BRONZE for his innovative cocktails, "Passion ice breaker"
